
National Emergency Volunteer Support Fund Grants

Emergency services volunteers in Wide Bay have received $45,045 from the Australian Government’s National Emergency Volunteer Support Fund, Federal Member for Wide Bay Warren Truss said today.“This funding will help volunteers to protect lives and property by assisting their training activities,” Mr Truss said.
“Emergency service volunteers serve their communities by preparing for disasters and assisting in recovery efforts and they deserve our support. Their efforts make a real difference in times of tragedy.”
