Veteran & Community Grant for Bauple & District Recreation Ground Association

Federal Member for Wide Bay, Warren Truss, has welcomed Federal Government funding of $5,685 to the Bauple & District Recreation Ground Association Inc, to help purchase computer equipment.“This grant will assist the Bauple & District Recreation Ground Association to produce a newsletter and offer computing classes,” Mr Truss said.
The Veteran & Community Grants program aims to maintain and improve the independence and quality of life of members of the veteran community by providing financial assistance for activities, services and projects that sustain or enhance the well being of veterans.
“The members of the Bauple & District Recreation Ground Association are to be congratulated on the success of their application,” Mr Truss said.
